The first five and a half years of our Crosspoint journey have been more than I could have ever imagined. It has truly been a life-changing experience to watch God work in the lives of people as they have discovered Christ and community. Since the beginning, our weekly worship attendance has grown from 150 to 400 people, and we have reached out to many more from Cape Coral to boston to Bulgaria through our ministry and missions programs. But I believe what we have experienced so far is just a glimpse of what God wants to do.

In May we learned of an upcoming increase in our rent at Mariner. This started us down the path of looking for an alternate location that would cost less, or at least centralize what we do under one roof. After seeing the doors on one rental option after another close, we decided maybe God was telling us to stay at Mariner. Then suddenly, in June, we discovered a property available for purchase that was in our price range and in our target area of the northwest Cape. Not only did it have an existing building, but it also included 10 acres of adjacent land. God’s direction was unmistakable.

This purchase creates unlimited possibilities for Crosspoint to expand our impact on our community. Our vision to help hurting people and point more of our neighbors to Jesus can be lived out in even greater ways as we
transition to a place we can call our own. The existing building will bring to one location our morning worship experiences, Kidpoint, C3 student ministries and our administrative office, allowing for more creativity and
flexibility in our programming and schedule. Furthermore, the additional land will give us space for future buildings, parking, a playground and other facilities. We believe this location will provide a great home base for Crosspoint’s expanding ministry for many years to come.

In late October we will begin a campaign called, All In, to allow us to raise the capital resources we will need to purchase this property. I am confident All In will enable God’s church to be expanded well beyond our biggest dreams and change more lives than we can imagine. Each commitment to the All In campaign will be an
investment in our mission to connect people to Christ and community by being real, relevant and relational.

God bless,

Jeff
