Kidpoint Children

We want to partner with parents to help children know and love God. We work hard to make our age-appropriate environments safe, clean & FUN every Sunday! There are a variety of volunteer roles in Kidpoint and we would love for you to join us.

First Time at Kidpoint?

We would love to have you and your family to attend a service here at Crosspoint! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to service to complete the Crosspoint registration for your children. Stop by the New Family Registration Desk in the lobby. We look forward to meeting you and your family.

Preschool

Our nursery team has created an environment that is clean, safe, and fun. Your children will be secure, nurtured, and loved to enable you to worship freely with us.

Newborns - PreK

Our Nursery to PreK environment offers age-appropriate, purposeful play with singing and crafts to teach each child about Jesus.

Early Elementary (K-3rd Grade)

Kids experience high-energy worship, interactive games, and engaging teaching from God's word. Your child will develop friendships and deepen their relationship with Jesus.

Club 46 (4th, 5th, and 6th Grade)

Club 46 is a fun, exciting youth group for 4th to 6th graders. Kids spend time playing wacky games, worshipping and applying God's word to their everyday lives. During small group time, kids can openly share with leaders and peers, building authentic relationships in a Christian environment.

Special Needs Ministry

Our goal is to minister to the whole family by allowing parents the opportunity to worship in our service while having full confidence that our buddy team is ministering to their child with special needs.

FAQs

All of our Kidpoint staff and volunteers undergo reference and background checks, as well as an interview, orientation, and training prior to serving in Kidpoint. We take security for our Crosspoint children very seriously. Your child will only be released to a parent or specified adult that has the check-in label. The numbers on the check-in label will be verified by the leader and must match the number on the child's nametag. Your child will only be released from their classrooms after this process has occurred.

We have obtained your cell phone number during the check-in process. This allows us to send you a text if we should need you during service. Please come to the Kidpoint check-in counter and you will be informed of the situation.

To attend Kidpoint, a child must be free of fever and the symptoms of a viral infection for at least 24 hours before he or she attends a weekend service.

Babies to Pre-K move up after their birthdays. Children in Kindergarten to 6th grade will move up on a Kidpoint Promotion Day before the next school year.

Of course! You may check in your friend along with your family at the New Family Kidpoint Check-in counter.

We are committed to age-appropriate learning. For their first visit, we do allow the older child to attend Kidpoint with a younger child to help them acclimate. After their first visit, we ask that children attend their age appropriate classroom.

We believe that communication with parents is vital in collaborating with our Crosspoint families. If you have any questions, please contact Krystal Gibbs, Kidpoint Director, at kgibbs@crosspointcape.com.
